Distance Reiki is a wonderful option if you cannot come in for a regular hands on Reiki session. Such session will make you feel relaxed and less stressed. It can also help you to cope with current situations that bother you. Sending Reiki is possible because energy is not confined and can transcend time and space so it is easily transmitted anywhere. After we find a day and time that suits both of us, all you need to do is to sit or lay down comfortably and try to relax as much as possible.
