Reiki Level 1 takes 2 days and is held over the weekend. It focuses on physical and self healing. You will learn how to connect to universal life force energy, you will be able to utilize Reiki for yourself, friends, animals, food, plants, spaces and whatever else your imagination tells you.

Day 1:

Theory, demonstration, practice and discussion: ​​​

• ​The history of Reiki

• The Reiki Principles

• How to tune into Reiki

• Reiki Gasho meditation

• Learn to do a complete Reiki session on self

• Using Reiki in daily life

Attunement ceremony, during which your energy channel will be opened to receive and utilize universal life force energy and you will become a "channel" for Reiki.

 

Day 2:

Reiki Circle - meeting during which we give and receive Reiki in group sessions.

Reiki Level 2 takes 2 days and is held over the weekend. The focus is on learning three sacred symbols for physical, mental and emotional healing and on sending Reiki from a distance. We will explore how to use symbols to enhance the experience of Reiki and to empower us in our spiritual growth process.

Day 1:

Theory, demonstration, practice and discussion:

• Review Level 1

• Learn 3 Reiki Symbols, their mantras, benefits/uses

• Intuitive Reiki

• Sending a distant Reiki session

• Energy cleansing techniques for people and places

• How to give a professional session

Attunement ceremony, which will raise your energy level and strengthen your connection to Universal Life Energy. Your heart chakra will be opened, which will heighten your intuition and your sensitivity to subtle energies.

Day 2:

Advanced Reiki Circle - meeting during which we practice using Reiki symbols and send distant Reiki.​

Reiki Level 2 Specialized is intended for Reiki practitioners who would like to continue their journey with Reiki and consider Reiki as an integral part of their lives and their future. You will deepen your understanding of working with energy, as well as you will be provided with new, extremely effective tools - your knowledge will be expanded with additional symbols, helpful in healing the body, spirit and various life situations. Moreover, you will acquire necessary knowledge to start and promote your own Reiki practice.

Usui Reiki Level 2 Specialized training consists of the following parts: 
1) Three individual meetings (theory, attunement, demonstration, practice, and discussion). Each meeting will take up to 2 hours, during which we will mostly focus on the practice of distance Reiki healing.

2) Attunement ceremony will take place during the first meeting.

Becoming Reiki Master is a very serious decision and a very responsible step. Working with Reiki requires a lot of humbleness and gratitude which is especially important on Master levels. Being a Reiki Master is not just a job, but a life calling.

 

There are 3 Reiki Master levels:

- Master Practitioner - for those who see Reiki as their life path and choose to share this gift by treating others

- Master Teacher - for those who would like to teach and attune others up to the Master Practitioner level

- Grand Master - the highest level, only Reiki Grand Master can attune into Master Teacher and Grand Master levels
